Discover the allure of one of Florida's most renowned waterways with us. The Silver River boasts a rich tapestry of history and teems with diverse wildlife. Paddle amidst ancient cypress trees and keep an eye out for the exotic monkeys that have flourished here for nearly nine decades.

Our kayak and canoeing sessions span a leisurely three hours of freestyle exploration. You'll navigate down the Silver River and return to your starting point, making a loop at the first quarter of the journey. As we don't provide shuttle services, you'll simply kayak back to your original location, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience from start to finish.

All canoes and kayaks are equipped with life jackets and whistles for your safety.

Please ensure punctuality for your scheduled appointment. A $25 charge will be incurred for delays exceeding 15 minutes beyond the designated return time.

Upon arrival, you will receive a detailed route map in person.
​
Kindly arrive on time to avoid encroaching on your appointment slot.
​
In the event of park closure due to inclement weather, refunds will be issued promptly.
​
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a refund. Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.
​
A waiver must be signed before embarking on your kayaking or canoeing excursion.
​
Our meeting point is situated at the newly constructed restrooms at the Silver Springs Kayak and Canoe boat launch. Look for the distinctive picket sign bearing the name "Driftwood Canoeing" to ensure you're at the correct rendezvous spot.
